SNTC began to realize the importance concept of the recycling and regeneration of resources in 2022, and took circular economic development model of energy conservation and environmental and eclogical harmony as our company's operating goal, allowing resources to be continuously recycled and regenerated, in stead of discarding products at the end of life, but focusing on finding methods or ways of reuse.

By the end of 2024, we hope to continue the original intention of regenerating writing pens and continue to promote green recycled products.

By crushing wafer boxes into recycled products produced from rPC recycled materials, we hope to allow more semiconductor-related companies, customers and partners to understand our comapny's role in the semiconductor industry chain.

We actively spent in the recycling of a large number of discarded wafer boxes, and at the same time make specific contributions to their carbon reduction. For example, we choose environmentally friendly green material packaging design for packaging cartons, and try to reduce unnecessary packaging consumables, practice green supply chains, achieve substantial carbon emissions reduction, and move towards the goal of sustainable resource utiliztion.

Wafer Box rPP Writting Pen

In order to increase the market application of recycled wafer box that have been considered obsolete in the factory are curshed and made into rPP recycled materials. It is the first time to try to use the recycled materials of waste wafer boxes and make them into environmentally friendly ball pen bodies(shells).

An 8" reused wafer box can on average by producing 185 recycled writing pens, these boxes that wereoriginally regarded as waste plastic garbage can re-enter the industrial cycle and extend the life cycle of their mateials, promote sustainable produciton, improve the utilization efficiency of discarded wafer box resources, and reduce carbon emissions generated by new plastic materials.
